These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our commercial property security audit services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Jegiti provides comprehensive security audit services for commercial properties, including but not limited to:

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of our security audit services, you agree to:

1. Provide Access: Grant our security professionals reasonable access to your commercial property during agreed-upon times to conduct thorough security assessments.
2. Accurate Information: Provide complete and accurate information about your property, existing security measures, and any specific concerns or requirements.
3. Cooperation: Cooperate with our audit team and respond promptly to requests for information or clarification during the audit process.
4. Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of audit findings and recommendations, as disclosure may compromise your property's security.
5. Implementation: Understand that implementation of recommended security measures is at your discretion and responsibility.

4. Payment Terms and Fees

All fees for our security audit services will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before the commencement of work. Payment terms include:

• Service fees are quoted based on property size, complexity, and scope of audit required
• A deposit may be required before scheduling the audit
• Final payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law
• All prices are in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) unless otherwise specified

We accept various payment methods, which will be specified in your service agreement.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We take the confidentiality of your security information seriously. All information gathered during the security audit process, including property layouts, existing security measures, vulnerabilities identified, and our recommendations, will be treated as strictly confidential.

We will not disclose your security audit information to third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law. Our team members are bound by professional confidentiality agreements, and all data is stored securely in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the most comprehensive and accurate security assessments possible, Jegiti provides audit services and recommendations based on industry best practices and our professional expertise. However:

• We cannot guarantee that implementing our recommendations will prevent all security incidents
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific audit service
• We are not responsible for security breaches that occur after the audit is completed
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Our recommendations do not constitute a guarantee of absolute security

Clients acknowledge that security is an ongoing process requiring continuous monitoring and updates beyond the scope of a single audit.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All audit reports, methodologies, templates, and materials created by Jegiti remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use the audit report for their internal security improvement purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or use of our materials for any other purpose without written permission is prohibited.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled security audit:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled audit will receive a full refund of any deposit
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled audit may forfeit the deposit
• We reserve the right to reschedule audits due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided
• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in София, Bulgaria.

Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation for any disputes related to our services.

10. Amendments and Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
